location

The location of the Cartaxo plant is strategically located between the two major Galp refineries, one in Porto (north) and the other in Sines (south), which are both about 2 hours driving distance of BB&G plant. These refineries have a total capacity of 16 million tpa. The BB&G pyrolysis oil production volume of 5,334 tpa will targeted with these two Galp Energia refineries. Additionally there is also Spanish refineries such as Repsol, CEPSA, BP and Petronor with a total capacity of 77 million tpa.
